The Upcoming LoL Highlights Patch 8.17

So now, we are moments away with the new Patch 8.17 updates. In this video, we can see what are the most highlighted changes of this note. Of course we are still in the minds of what are the possible new Ezreal build preparation that we need to do by this updates.

Nunu's Rework

Video content was Nunu's rework. I can say, good luck to this rework for all Nunu mains. The question is, does this changes made them happy or opposite of it. Actually I like to snowball thing, it makes me feels like a bit OP when you get hit by that skill. Watching Nunu rework in action was so cool with an OP build.

The Bard R Buff

The  R (Tempered Fate) cooldown has been decreased from 130/110/90 seconds ⇒ 110/95/80 seconds. When I with Bard duo in bot lane, his laning phase was already strong (most of all ADC's do noticed that), but having with a low CDR make you a bit more faster to do more action. You wont gonna feel worry of using his ult this time. Riot gives the favorite chime-gathering support more playmaking opportunities to everybody.

The Rengar R Buff

R - (Thrill of the Hunt) cooldown decreased early from 130/100/70 seconds ⇒ 110/90/70 seconds. Riot wants to get Rengar again in its powerful level. We are now feel fearful each time Rengar uses his ult because surprisingly he will continue hunting again and again surprising each opponents. But still there are no damage boost so not that bad anyway.

The Master Yi W Buff

W - (Meditate) cooldown decreased from 35 seconds ⇒ 28 seconds while the damage reduction increased early from 50/55/60/65/70% ⇒ 60/62.5/65/67.5/70%. For me it is a very strong defensive of Master Yi, and I actually know that it is used most of Master Yi mains during combat.

The New Skins

Urgot High Noon, Thresh High Noon, Lucian High Noon, Divine Sword Irelia and Enduring Sword Talon.

Note: This is only the highlighted update of the upcoming patch 8.17 and the complete patch note I will post again soon after the changes are made. While I still look on it and make my own studies with the changes for another two weeks.
